The Cluster is capable of producing a variety of semi-private ancillary spaces such as courts, gardens, side yards, pathways, and leisure areas recalling the highly flexible communal outdoor space of the traditional Ghanaian Compound House.
Inset and staggered buildings Cluster to create shaded, sheltered pockets for commercial and social activity at ground level.
Spacing throughout the Cluster allows the prevailing SW winds into and through the development, and provides sightlines throughout serving as a passive security measure.

Standardized Cluster building layouts allow for efficient production of phased development to meet demand and investment cycles over time.
